As of September 1, 2020, all hearings to contest photo enforcement violations are being held at the Garfield Heights Municipal Court.

To contest a photo enforcement citation please visit the Garfield Heights Municipal Court website or call 216-475-1900, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. EST

For payments on a photo enforcement citation please call 1-855-370-4229, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST

For online payments, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, visit the photo citation payment portal.
